But now a day’s due to the improvement science and technology transportation became very easier and cheaper with the help of automobiles like two wheelers etc…So many people of this modern world are badly in need of walking exercise. Walking regularly alerts the organs of the human body. It regulates the circulation of blood to all the organs present in the human body. It may put an end to the excess fat content present in the body by dissolving them in to usable energy.
