As a result they get cracks and dry skin. You have to drink plenty of water if you wish to overcome the problem. There are many creams for curing the cracks. It is good to prevent it before it appears. Apply regular oil to the feet and always walk with footwear. Soak your feet in warm water and clean it thoroughly. As per the Great American science the life span of a healthy human being is 120! The great legend Lord Krishna is said to have lived 120 years. Why not all humans? It is because of improper diet and way of living. We must go through all the big civilizations and their culture. The Indians have the Yoga science; the Chinese have the Kung Fu. Still there are many body maintaining arts like judo, tai chi, karate and many more. One should maintain the body and love it. If you wish to live long and do lot of achievements then you must definitely follow a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle – proper emotions, proper diet, proper physical exercises, proper relationship with fellow humans, proper sex life, and proper sleep wake cycle. The recent advent of the inner science of pranic healing is also very helpful. In pranic healing they teach the energy body of a person which is 100 steps above many of the inner science healing techniques. Vegetarian diet is the first preference for the people above 45 years. One can have a vegetarian diet from his childhood itself but it should meet the basic calorific values for a healthy living.
